Action-Pak’s latest enhancements include the following equipment and systems:
1. High-Speed Form, Fill & Seal Vertical Liquid Machines
Incorporation of five high-speed machines capable of producing stick packs or sachets from 5 ml. to 5 ounces at speeds ranging from 60 to 500 products per minute. One machine offers the versatility to produce both 3-sided and 4-sided seal sachets.
2. Full Mixing Capabilities
Integration of four 500-gallon blending lines featuring medium and high shear mixers, complemented by a 1,000-gallon regenerating RO & UV water purification system. Continual testing ensures water purity, guaranteeing the highest quality standards. Powder mixing up to 2000 lbs. per batch.
3. In-line HTST Pasteurization
Installation of three high-volume 500-gallon HTST Pasteurizers equipped with heat treatment capabilities of up to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. This advancement empowers us to pasteurize all liquid products, including juice-based formulas, ensuring precise control over the kill step with appropriate hold times.
4. Automatic Stand-Up Pouch Lines
Addition of four automatic stand-up pouch lines ranging from 3 to 16 ounces, complete with an automatic straw application system for enhanced convenience and efficiency.
5. Large Format Filling and Assembly System
Introduction of a state-of-the-art system for producing 750 ml, 1 liter, and 1.75-liter stand-up pouches with handles and one-touch pour spouts. This system is tailored to manufacture cocktails, beverages, and juice products with utmost precision and convenience.
6. Alcohol-Based Products
Action-Pak Inc. now has the capability to produce alcohol-based products such as cocktails in a pouch, adult ice pops, and shots. We hold state and TTB federal approved permits for wine, malt, and spirits, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
